Personal Auto Insurance Coverage and Why You need to apply

\

All those Car insurance, health insurance, auto insurance and all the other types of insurance might seem very overwhelming and confusing at the same time, I do know this is a very off topic for my blog . I decided to write this is mainly due to the fact that I am a commerce student who came across a lot of topics like auto insurance, car insurance etc and when I first started to learn about them I didn't even understand a one bit but eventually as I went on to read more on those  type of topics I got a lot familiar with that and also I had a very good teacher. The main problem being is as a teenager and an early 20s we often get our self a motor bike or car or any of that sort so we are all pushed into the world of "buy car insurance " and "apply for insurance" or else we might end up in big trouble and all that. when i first applied for an auto and health insurance for my car , I did pay a quite lot and got even a little upset as I wasn't expecting certain things and that is the main reason this article is being written by me today. So I am going to be breaking down the key points of insurance and what you need to know and why you need to apply for auto insurance or health insurance.

1. Liability Coverage :-

Liability coverage is a type of car insurance, it basically means that if you're at fault of an automobile accident, you will get the following covered by your insurance company.
- Coverage for any injuries to the other person.
- Coverage for any damages of a property that you caused.
If you cause an accident and if the other person's automobile is damaged and if the person is at risk in terms of health your insurance will provide coverage for the damage of the property and also the coverage for the other persons health. Do note that it is only for the other person and not you, Unfortunately you are not provided with any coverage.

2.Medical Payments Coverage :-

This particular coverage policy states that any need for medical support that was caused as a result of the accident it will be taken care or covered by the policy of the insurance company and will also pay for anyone that was injured due to the accident and this also includes funeral charges too.

3.Uninsured Motorist coverage :-

This means that if you are involved in an accident with a person who potentially breaks the law by not carrying their own auto liability insurance.Your medical bills will be taken care of by the company if you get injured by the other person who doesn't own their own auto liability insurance.

4.Physical Damage Coverage :-

Payment covered for either a direct or accidental lose for your automobile.
This coverage policy has two type of coverage.

a.Collision coverage  - Protects you for the damage caused by an automobile collision.

b.Other than collision coverage. - Protects you from every other type of automobile accident.

How To Avoid Sugar (Some Helpful Tips)

http://www.usafutures.com/sugar_trading_broker.jpgThough Sugar is very addictive and can contribute to all types of health problems. Even when you think that you are eating healthy, there could be sugar involved. Unless you understand the types of sugar names on food labels, you probably have no clue that you are eating it.

How to Avoid Sugar All Together
Living a clean eating lifestyle can help you to avoid sugar for good. The reason being, that eating clean involves eating whole, natural foods. This means that you are not eating processed foods which can contain sugar. A good way to know if what you are about to eat is natural, just ask yourself, "Is this man-made?" If it comes in a box, jar, or other type of packaging, then think twice.
Even if you think a "health food" is sugar free, you may want to check out the label. Sugar has many names:
Types of Sugar by Name
What About Eating Fruit?
Fruit is a natural food and the sugar in fruit (fructose) is handled well by the body as far as digestion goes. It also doesn't fluctuate blood sugar levels the way refined sugar does. However, the sugar contained in fruit can still cause problems for some people.
Fructose is processed in the liver and when too much fructose is consumed, the liver cannot process is fast enough and begins to make fat from the fructose which is then sent into the bloodstream.
Drinking Sugar
Keeping this in mind, it's a good idea to monitor your beverages as well. This includes fruit juices without added sugar and even skim milk:
...juice — 100 percent juice, no sugar added — contains about the same amount of sugar (or even more — 50 percent more for grape juice) as the same volume of Coke. [Source: HookedOnJuice.com]
Pasteurized skim milk isn’t a great choice either. Because the fat is removed and much of the nutrition is destroyed during pasteurization, there’s not much left except for milk sugar. [Source: NaturalBias.com]
Sugar is everywhere which is why eating clean is an ideal way to keep it out of your diet. Are you trying to tackle your sugar cravings? What do you substitute instead?

Glutes and Hamstring Workout

Now that bikini season is over, don't let your tush go to mush. Keep up the strength in your legs so you'll be ready to hop on your skis or snowboard. And even if you're not a snow bunny, you'll still want a toned lower body so you can run and bike faster when working out, not to mention, look great in your skinny jeans. Keep your backside in tip-top shape with FitSugar's Glutes and Hamstrings workout. We even made a convenient printable version of the nine-exercise workout.

Download and print this PDF — it looks best printed in color. Tape it to your fridge. Take it to the gym. Just remember to work your booty.

Diet or Exercise?

The math may be simple — to lose weight, just make sure your calories in are fewer than your calories out — but it gets complicated once you actually start trying to incorporate this principle into your life. If you want to maintain or lose weight, finding the right balance between what you eat and how much you work out is key.

Some people may follow a strict exercise regimen so that they can eat what they want, while others follow a healthy lifestyle all the time. What about you? Which is your focus: eating healthy, exercising regularly, or both?
